This Analytics Policy explains how Ella ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and manages your data when you explicitly consent to identifiable analytics and content access during onboarding or in the app settings.

By checking the consent box, you agree to the following terms:

1. IDENTIFIABLE ANALYTICS

• We use analytics platforms (such as Mixpanel) to collect data on how you use the app — including clicks, navigation behavior, time spent, and feature usage.

• When you provide consent, these interactions are linked to your personal account information (e.g., email address), making your usage data identifiable.

• We use this information solely to:
  • Improve feature performance and usability
  • Detect and fix issues
  • Provide personalized support and guidance

Without consent, we only collect anonymized analytics that cannot be traced back to you.

2. CONTENT ACCESS AND REVIEW

By consenting, you also authorize us to access and review the content you upload (texts, links, files, etc.). This access is strictly used for:

• Internal testing and debugging

• Quality control

• Product development and innovation

Your content is stored securely, never shared with third parties unless required by law, and is handled in accordance with our broader Privacy Policy.

Upon revocation, identifiable tracking and content access will cease immediately. Existing data will be managed per our data retention policy.
